Kelpie study 1

I don't know what it is about this particular breed of Scottish fairy but I'm loving the Kelpie. The idea of a creature that can appear as a beautiful white bull or horse with bullrushes in its mane and/or tail, luring humans onto its back and then dashing madly to the water whereupon the poor human is dragged under, drowned and possibly eaten is somewhat fascinating to me.
